Yoga is my passion and I would love to share the benefits of yoga with you.


I started practicing yoga in my early 20’s as a way to stay fit, overcome stress and quiet the mind. Working in an office environment for most of my career, I decided to leave the corporate world behind in 2019. I knew I had to make a change in my life when mental and physical fatigue started to take over. Having long commutes, working long hours, staring at a computer screens and having to be accessible around the clock was taking its toll. For many years I was passionate about my career and I do not have any regrets, it made me the person I am today. 


After leaving my career and losing both of my parents to terminal illnesses within a short period of time, I took some time to reflect on my life and what was important to me.  In 2020 I decided to take my 200 hour Yoga Teaching and was certified in 2021. In 2023 I furthered my yoga education and got certified in Restorative Yoga, Prenatal yoga and I took a 50 Hour Yoga Anatomy & Physiology Training. My goal is to provide my students with a safe, joyful, welcoming environment in which they can grow their yoga practice. In my classes I focus on mindful alignment, strengthening the body, releasing tension and relaxing the mind. Off the mat I enjoy spending time with family and friends, atving, snowmobiling and long walks in nature with my dog.

I started my journey with Country Charm Yoga Studio about 3 and half years ago, I was a beginner to yoga and wanted to try something new. Since I joined I’ve become more flexible, reduced my stress levels, and overall gave myself “Me” time twice a week. Claudia is always continuing her education and learning new yoga to help her clients, she recently completed a prenatal yoga course, which has helped me continue my journey with her and I’m forever grateful that I’m able to continue my yoga throughout my pregnancy. Claudia instantly made me feel welcome on my first day, her classes are relaxing but yet invigorating. She is very knowledgeable about poses and her voice is lovely. Afterwards, I felt my body had been stretched in a good way and my mind felt more peaceful. I thoroughly recommend her and her classes.
